"Fly Fishing Merit Badge" I am a merit badge counselor for the fly fishing merit badge. The current badge artwork shows an abstract style salmon fly. I think it should be a dry fly. This is my proposal. Now that I am back from camp and adjusting back to normal life, this will end the Boy Scout series of flies. It was a real challenge due to the busy schedule!
