Hi Jeff,
Been meaning for ages to post and let you know that I love looking at your fly drawings.
Have you seen this Australian book? I picked a copy up when I was recently in Tasmania.

I don't really know much about fly fishing but this book and a great TV series called A River Somewhere got me interested in fly fishing and your fly drawings are so amazing and beautiful ... I would love to give it a try one day.

Liz,

Thank you for the comments and your kind words.

Thanks for the link to the book!

If you take up fly fishing, you will find it a challenge. You will be on s beautiful piece of water with some fantastic sights, sounds and smells and you will wish you had your painting supplies! When I fish, I do have my small paint and sketch kit in my vest to capture such moments! It is always nice to take a break, do a little sketching and soak in the surroundings! Not to mention you may spot a few rising fishing in the process.

Thanks again,

Jeff
